These terms apply when you use proposalprime.com or buy or use a ProposalPrime product. By using the site or a product, you agree to them.

Who we are

ProposalPrime ("we", "us") provides training and tools for federal proposal work. You can reach us at hello@proposalprime.com. ProposalPrime is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any United States government agency.

Buying a product

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, and receipts. Dodo Payments' own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your license to the Federal Proposal Playbook

When you buy the Playbook, you get a license to use it within one organization:

• You may use it on as many proposals as you like, and edit it to suit your work.
• You may share it with colleagues in your organization who work on your proposals.
• You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or give it away outside your organization, or include it in a product or service you sell.

Proposals and other documents you create with the Playbook are yours.

The Federal Proposal Course

Modules 0 and 1 are free for your own learning. Please do not download, copy, or republish the course videos. The terms for paid enrollment will be published before enrollment opens.

Our content

The website, the course, the Playbook, the AI Prompt Library, and the User Guide are owned by ProposalPrime and protected by copyright. Apart from the license above, no rights are transferred to you. Shipley is a registered trademark of Shipley Associates, and APMP is a registered trademark of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. ProposalPrime is not affiliated with either organization.

Education, not a guarantee

ProposalPrime products teach and support proposal work. They are not legal, contracting, or accounting advice, and they cannot guarantee that any proposal will be compliant or win an award. You remain responsible for meeting the requirements of each solicitation and for every submission you make.

Using AI prompts responsibly

The AI Prompt Library is a starting point. Review every AI output before you rely on it. Do not enter Controlled Unclassified Information, classified information, or anything your contract, employer, or customer forbids into an AI tool that is not approved for it.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost contracts, revenue, or profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you bought a product applies to that purchase.
