ProposalPrime collects as little personal information as it can, uses it only for the reason you gave it, and never sells it.
Who we are
This website, proposalprime.com, is run by ProposalPrime ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email hello@proposalprime.com.
What we collect and why
- Your email address, when you sign up. If you ask for the free scorecard, release emails, or the course waitlist, we use your address to send what you asked for. It is stored with our email marketing provider.
- Messages you send us. When you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you. Our email is hosted by Zoho.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive order details such as your name, email address, country, and what you bought, so we can deliver the product and support you. We never see your full card number.
- Website visits. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it requests them.
- Course videos. Free module videos are played from a video hosting service. When you press play, that service may collect data or set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our checkout and video providers may use cookies that are needed for their services to work.
Legal basis
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent for marketing emails, on the need to perform a contract for purchases and support, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers named above, and only so they can provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent personal information. We would disclose information if the law required it.
How long we keep it
- Signup emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Support emails: as long as needed to help you, and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing hello@proposalprime.com. We will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
International transfers
Our service providers may store and process data in countries other than yours. We use providers that protect personal data with recognised safeguards.
Children
ProposalPrime is for working professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email.
