The Federal Proposal Playbook
Because the Playbook is an instant digital download and you receive the complete files at checkout, all sales are final. If the file is damaged, will not open in Microsoft Excel, never reached you, or you were charged twice, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or refund you in full.
Please check the Playbook questions before you buy. If you are unsure whether it will work for you, email us first and you will get a straight answer.
The Federal Proposal Course
Modules 0 and 1 are free, so there is nothing to refund. The refund terms for paid enrollment will be published on this page before enrollment opens.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@proposalprime.com with the email address you used at checkout, your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt, and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Your bank decides how long the money takes to appear, usually 5 to 10 business days.
Your legal rights
This policy does not remove any rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
